Together, we developed an innovative approach that integrates participatory modeling with decision-making under deep uncertainty. This approach was tested during two workshops with municipal employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"319\" height=\"239\" src=\"https:\/\/onthemoveproject.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onthemoveproject.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image.png 319w, https:\/\/onthemoveproject.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/image-300x225.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 319px) 100vw, 319px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>During the workshops, participants gained a shared understanding of the local transport system and the challenges involved. They collaboratively generated potential interventions and explored future scenarios, assessing the robustness of various policies by evaluating them across different possible futures.
